Men's Tennis Opens Play at Ivy Plus Tournament

LEWISBURG, Pa. – Top-seeded Nick Bybel went 1-1 in his first two matches Friday at Princeton's Ivy Plus Tournament. Bybel was joined at the event by teammates Daniel Wright and Bryan Adams. Complete results were unavailable.
Bybel opened with a 7-5, 6-4 win over Indiana's Antonio Cembellin in the first round of Flight 1, but fell to Dartmouth's Ciro Riccardi, the reigning Ivy League Rookie of the Year in the quarterfinals.
Wright dropped his opening match to Columbia's Jack Turchetta in Flight 7.
In doubles play, Bybel and Adams got off to a good start with an 8-2 win over Miami's Jesse Flores and Nile Clark.
