Bucknell Men's Golf Finishes 8th at Manor Intercollegiate

FARMVILLE, Va. -- Schuyler Stitzer shot a final-round 76, but the Bucknell men's golf team compiled a 312 team score and could not move up from its eighth-place standing at the Manor Intercollegiate, which wrapped up Saturday at The Manor Resort.
Pete Scialabba closed with a 78, Jon Hartman shot 81 and Dan Bernard, Bucknell's first-day leader with rounds of 74 and 77, finished with an 86.
Dylan Jensen of Longwood, playing as an individual, followed his course-record 63 in the second round with a 3-under 69 on Saturday, and he won the event with a 7-under 219. Teammate Kenny Leech was runner-up at 213.
Seton Hall won the team title with an 880 total, seven shots better than Delaware.
Bucknell is right back in action Monday and Tuesday at the Lafayette Invitational at Northampton Country Club.
