Bucknell Softball's Outing at UMBC Dawg Pound Classic Canceled for Rain

LEWISBURG, Pa. - Weather continues to wreak havoc in the East with rain canceling Bucknell softball's games at the UMBC Dawg Pound Classic on Saturday. The contests with Seton Hall and UMBC will not be rescheduled, making the Bison's next test a showdown with Harvard in Los Angeles, Calif., on Tuesday, March 16.
Bucknell's upcoming schedule takes it from rain to sunny California. Following their game against Harvard at Loyola Marymount's Smith Field at 5 p.m. Eastern on Tuesday, the Bison will take part in the Loyola Marymount Classic March 18-20. Opponents include the host Lions, Utah Valley and North Dakota.
The Bison are 2-2 after competing at the George Mason Invitational last weekend.
