LEWISBURG, Pa. -- The Bucknell men's and women's basketball teams will host their only doubleheader of the year on Thursday evening, and tickets remain for both games against Ivy League competition at Sojka Pavilion. The Bison women take on Cornell at 4:30 p.m., and then the red-hot men's team battles Dartmouth at 7 p.m.
Tickets may be purchased at the Sojka Pavilion ticket office beginning at 3:30 p.m. on gameday.
Bucknell will be celebrating Community Night on Thursday. All Community Night tickets have been exhausted, but general public tickets do still remain and will be available for walk-up purchase.
The Bison men's team has won five of its last six games, including a 70-59 road win over Loyola (Md.) on Tuesday night. The Dartmouth game will be the team's last home game until Jan. 16, when it hosts Holy Cross in a CBS College Sports-televised affair.
The women's squad is coming off a loss at Penn State on Tuesday, but the Bison will be looking to improve to 3-2 in home games this season with a win over the Big Red.
For those that are unable to make it to Sojka Pavilion, live video Webcasts of both games will be available on Bison Vision at BucknellBison.com, and the audio broadcasts will be available free of charge on SportsJuice.com. In the local listening area, the women's game will air on WVBU 90.5 FM, while the men's game will be on Eagle 107 (WEGH 107.3 FM).
