Bucknell will look to continue a number of winning streaks again on Tuesday night when it hosts American at 7 p.m. at Sojka Pavilion. The Bison will attempt to tie the program record for consecutive victories as well as improve to 8-1 in the Patriot League to match their best-ever start. Bucknell will also try to defeat American for the third straight time and win for the seventh consecutive time by at least 13 points. Bucknell has outscored its Patriot League opponents by an average of 17.0 points per game. Freshman Amanda Brown, classmate Lauren Schober and junior Lindsey Hollobaugh are the top three scorers on the team, each averaging better than 10 points per game. The 1975-76 team was the last to have its top two scorers freshmen, while the 2000-01 squad was the last Bison team to not have a senior among its top three scorers. American enters Tuesday's game looking to keep its two-game winning streak intact as well as win in Sojka Pavilion for the second straight season.
ABOUT AMERICAN

LAST MEETING - Jan. 10, 2006 (Bender Arena) - Bucknell 66, American 43
