Brian Cohen and Ira Reibeisen Named to Patriot League Men's Tennis Academic Honor Roll

LEWISBURG, Pa. - Brian Cohen and Ira Reibeisen of the Bucknell men's tennis team earned positions on the Patriot League Academic Honor Roll, it was announced by the league office Wednesday. To be eligible for the Academic Honor Roll, a student-athlete must earn a 3.20 grade-point average in the spring semester and be awarded a varsity letter.
Cohen, an environmental studies major with a 3.67 grade-point average during the spring semester, posted a 6-2 singles record as a sophomore in 2004-05. Reibeisen, just a freshman, tallied a team-high 23 wins last year. The Armonk, N.Y., native is an accounting major and registered a 3.41 grade-point average last semester.
Elsewhere around the league, Lafayette had a league-high five Honor Roll members, Navy four, Army three, American and Lehigh two each, and Colgate one. Nineteen members of the league's men's tennis teams were named to the Honor Roll.
Bucknell paced the Patriot League with 199 total student-athletes earning positions on the Honor Roll.
