Bucknell's Saturday Baseball Doubleheader at Davidson Cancelled

LEWISBURG, Pa. - Bucknell's baseball doubleheader scheduled for Saturday afternoon at Davidson has been cancelled due to the snow covering the Wildcats' field late this week. If the field can be cleared in time for Sunday, Bucknell and Davidson will play a doubleheader.
Davidson's Friday game versus Niagara was also cancelled due to the foot of snow that fell in Davidson's vicinity, about 20 miles north of Charlotte, N.C.
The Bison are 1-2 after a series last weekend at James Madison, and are scheduled to open the home schedule March 6-7 with a doubleheader-plus-one against former Patriot League rival Fordham.
