Final Round of William & Mary Invitational Washed Out, Bison Women's Golfers Take 12th

WILLIAMSBURG, Va. - Bucknell's women's golf team will settle for a tie for 12th place in a field of 22 teams after Sunday's final round of the William & Mary Invitational was canceled due to rain.
Bucknell shot 323 in Saturday's opening round - matching the fifth-best team round in program history. Senior Molly Campbell just missed a top-20 finish in the Bison's first tournament of the spring. Campbell shot 78 Saturday and finished in a tie for 22nd place.
Other Bison scores from Saturday included Jess Hetrich's 81 and matching 82s from Amy Jones and Jaime Hays.
The Bison host their annual Bucknell Invitational next Saturday and Sunday at the Bucknell University Golf Club.
