Bison Track and Field To Host Bucknell Octagonal

LEWISBURG, Pa. - Bucknell's track and field teams are scheduled to host the Bucknell Octagonal on Saturday, Jan. 25 in Gerhard Fieldhouse. Field events will begin at 11:30 a.m. and running events will kick-off at noon. Admission is free.
The Bison have invited seven institutions to join them in the meet. Duquesne, Lock Haven, Rider, Robert Morris, St. Francis (Pa.), Temple and Towson will compete with Bucknell on Saturday. The meet is expected to run all day with the last field events to begin at 5:30 p.m. and the last running events are set to start at 6:35 p.m.
The Orange and Blue will next host the two-day Bison Open starting on Friday, Jan 31. Some members of the Bucknell squad will travel back to State College, Pa., for a two-day event on Jan. 31, to compete in the National Invitational.
