PHILADELPHIA - Bucknell participated in the third and last day of the Penn Relays Saturday afternoon at the University of Pennsylvania's Franklin Field while tuning up for next weekend's Patriot League Championship.
The Bison men's and women's teams fielded one relay apiece on the final day of competition. Cotie Strong, Thomas Prochilo, Aaron Hanlon, and Michael Euell 13th among 15 teams in their section of the College Men's 3,200-meter relay. The foursome posted a time of 7:53.90.
On the women's side, Amy Calvo, Charity Brady, Rehana Lanewala and Stephanie Bango placed seventh out of seven teams in the College Women's ECAC 1,600-meter relay with a time of 3:56.55.
Bucknell will continue its season on Friday and Saturday with the Patriot League Championship, hosted by Lehigh University.
