Bucknell Women's Basketball Tickets For NCAA Tournament On Sale

LEWISBURG, Pa. - The Bucknell women's basketball team will travel to Waco, Texas, to face Baylor University in the first-round of the NCAA Women's Basketball Tournament.
The Bison, making their first-ever appearance in the NCAA tournament, earned a 15-seed and will square off against the second-seeded Lady Bears on Friday, March 15. The first round begins with Drake against Syracuse at 7:00 p.m. (Eastern Time), followed by Bucknell against Baylor 30 minutes following the conclusion of the Drake-Syracuse match-up in Ferrell Center on Baylor's campus.
Tickets for the first and second rounds of the NCAA Women's Basketball Tournament go on sale to the general public Monday at 9:00 a.m., at the Bucknell University Ticket office. To purchase tickets, please contact the ticket office at 570/577-3301.
Bucknell qualified for its first-ever NCAA Championship appearance by winning the school's first women's basketball Patriot League Championship last Wednesday. The second-seeded Bison defeated top-seeded Holy Cross, 88-74, in Worcester, Mass., to earn the Patriot League's automatic bid.
