BUFFALO, N.Y. - The Bucknell women's basketball team scored over 70 points for the first time this season, but allowed over 100 to Canisius as the squad fell for the fifth-straight time in a 100-89 defeat in Buffalo on Tuesday evening. The Golden Griffins outscored Bucknell 6-0 over a two-minute span before a free throw by junior Molly Creamer (Mendham, N.J./West Morris Mendham) finally broke the drought and cut it to 67-55 with just over 10 minutes remaining in the contest. The Golden Griffins would build their lead to as many as 19 late in the frame, but the Orange and Blue put together a late run to outscore the host team 20-12 over the final four minutes.
