Erik Pratt was named the Bucknell football team's tight ends and tackles coach in February 2022. He also serves as the program's recruiting coordinator.
Pratt joined the Bison staff from Wingate University, where he spent the 2021 campaign as a tight ends/fullbacks coach. The previous season, he was an offensive line coach and a strength & conditioning coordinator at Chowan University.
Pratt's first stint at Wingate came in 2019 as a graduate assistant offensive line coach. During that campaign, he worked with a Division II All-American.
Pratt spent the spring of 2019 as a strength & conditioning intern at Georgia Southern University. He also worked at Tunkhannock Area High School (Pa.), mentoring its offensive and defensive lines in 2017.
Pratt earned two degrees from East Stroudsburg University: his bachelor's degree in interdisciplinary studies with a concentration in history and athletic coaching in 2016 and his master's degree in exercise science in 2019. He broke into the coaching ranks at his alma mater as an undergraduate assistant defensive line coach in 2016. He then returned to East Stroudsburg as a graduate assistant defensive line coach in 2018.
