Men’s Golf Finishes 7th at Patriot League Championship

RESULTS
WEST POINT, N.Y. – Hayden Quinn eagled the par-5 fourth hole for the second day in a row, leading to a team-best, even-par 70 on the final day of the Patriot League Men's Golf Championship at the West Point Golf Club. Bucknell finished in seventh place with a 54-hole total of 901.
Taylor Kuehn shot 74-74-72 for a 10-over 220 total, and he was the low Bison for the week with a T-11th finish. Quinn was two shots behind Kuehn with a 222, rebounding nicely from an opening-round 79 with 73-70 over the final two days to finish T-14th.
Also for Bucknell, James Robbins shot 76-78-76, Jaxon Brown posted three straight 78s, and Jack Hartman carded 77-81-76. James Key had to withdraw due to injury in the second round.
Buoyed by 67s from Chip Deegan and Hudson Mitchell, Navy closed with 3-under 277 to come from behind and win the championship. The Midshipmen, who started the day in fourth place, finished with an 864 total, five better than Lafayette. Loyola took third at 870, and 36-hole leader Army dropped to fourth at 871.
Lafayette's Travis Robertson closed with a Sunday 65 to force a playoff with Deegan, who also finished strong with a 67. Deegan won the title with a birdie on the third playoff hole, which was the par-5 17th.
