The Bucknell men's and women's swimming and diving teams are back in action after the winter break, traveling to Army on Saturday. Diving events start at 11 a.m., followed by the 1,000 freestyles at 12 p.m. The remainder of events, starting with the 200 Medley Relay, will begin at 1 p.m.
Bucknell's women are 4-1 to start the year, coming off the Bucknell Invitational. Bucknell's last Patriot League opponents came in a quad meet hosted by Navy against American, Lafayette and Navy. The Bison went 2-1, putting in a dominant display over American (200-97) and Lafayette (224-76) but falling to Navy (177-112).
The Bison women also defeated Holy Cross (198-102) and Boston U. (160.5-139.5) back in October to start the season.
Bucknell's men are 3-2 to start the season, going 2-1 at the quad meet as the women did. Bucknell handled American (226-70) and Lafayette (217.5-81.5) but fell to Navy (185-104). The men went 1-1 in an opening weekend defeating Holy Cross (163-137) and losing to Boston U. (172.5-127.5).
The Bison are heating up as both the men's and women's sides combined for 11 new top-10 times at the Bucknell Invitational in late November (see 2025 top-10 times listed at the bottom).
Bucknell also hosted the Bucknell Fall Invitational back in October, competing against Seton Hall and Binghamton with no team scoring in the event.
