Baseball Places 25 on Patriot League Academic Honor Roll

LEWISBURG, Pa. – The Bucknell baseball team placed 25 student-athletes on the Patriot League Winter-Spring Academic honor roll announced by the league office on Thursday.
Patriot League student-athletes are selected to the academic honor roll for achieving a 3.20 grade-point average (GPA) or better during the semester in which their League champion is crowned. Bucknell led all Patriot League schools with 341 student-athletes named to the Patriot League Winter-Spring Academic Honor Roll and 539 total student-athletes honored, including the Patriot League Fall Academic Honor Roll.
Among the 25 student-athletes named to the Honor Roll, 17 made the Dean's List with at least a 3.50 GPA last semester. Senior Ben Magovern and junior Michael Trommer led the way for the Bison, achieving perfect 4.00 GPAs in the spring semester.
Senior Tyler Dunn was the 2025 Patriot League Scholar-Athlete of the Year and was an All-Patriot League First Team selection after a stellar season on the field and in the classroom. Junior Ryan Facinelli and sophomore Jonathan Adelmann were also All-Patriot League selections who made the Honor Roll last semester. Dunn, Magovern, Adelmann and senior Brady Karp were all named to the College Sports Communicators Academic All-District Team.
