Field Hockey Places 23 Student-Athletes on Patriot League Academic Honor Roll & 12 NFHCA Division I National Academic Squad

LEWISBURG, Pa.- The Bucknell Bison field hockey program posted its best conference record in several years, saw multiple individual honors, and performed admirably in the classroom. Head coach Kelsey Kolojejchick's team posted a 3.63 team GPA and placed 23 student-athletes on the league's Patriot League Academic Honor Roll.Â
To be eligible for the Patriot League Academic Honor Roll, a student-athlete must earn a 3.20 grade point average (GPA) in the fall semester and participate in one of the Patriot League's seven fall championship sports. Bucknell recorded a league-high 198 student-athletes out of a total of 1,336 honorees.
Among the Bison field hockey squad's 23 Honor Roll members, 18 also made the Bucknell Dean's List with a GPA of 3.50 or better, and three earned perfect 4.0s: Hope Davis, Nora Frederick, and Hannah Guarente. Kira Leclecrq and Lily Neilson were selected to the 2024 All-Patriot League Academic Team.Â
