Lapworth, Krumov Named to Men's Soccer Academic All-Patriot League Team

LEWISBURG, Pa. – Senior Freddie Lapworth and junior David Krumov were named to the Academic All-Patriot League Team released by the league office on Monday afternoon.
Krumov maintained a 4.00 GPA as a computer science major and is a two-time member of the academic honor roll. Krumov was named to the All-Patriot League Third Team on Friday. Â
Krumov started in all 17 games as a defensive midfielder for the Bison, playing an essential role in holding possession and creating opportunities. He notched three assists for the Bison, including game-winning assists on Jackson sullivan's goal against Saint Francis and Drew Roskos' goal against Holy Cross.
Lapworth makes the Academic All-PL squad with a 3.48 cumulative GPA in Economics. The Banbury, England native is a two-time member of the Patriot League Honor Roll and was an All-Patriot League First Team selection for the second consecutive year.
Lapworth held a .710 save percentage and recorded six shutouts to rank fourth in the league. Lapworth's six shutouts all came in league action.
Lapworth was the 2025 Preseason Goalkeeper of the Year, and he was named to the MAC Hermann Trophy Watch List and the United Soccer Coaches Goalkeepers to Watch List prior to the season
Bucknell's season came to an end in the Patriot League quarterfinals at Boston U. as the Bison fell 3-1. Bucknell finished the season with a 9-4-5 record and a 4-2-3 mark in the Patriot League.
