Men's Swimming and Diving Falls to Boston University 172.5-127.5

RESULTS
BOSTON, Mass. – The Bucknell men's swimming and diving team fell to Boston University 172.5-127.5 on Saturday afternoon at the FitRec Competition Pool. Drew Davis collected two wins as the Bison won six events in the meet.
Boston U. won the first three events before Davis won the 100-yard backstroke. Davis had a great weekend, picking up two wins in yesterday's win at Holy Cross. The Bison made it four straight events with a win as James Lombardi won the 100-yard breaststroke, Shane Wynne won the 200-yard butterfly and Finn Russell won the 50-yard freestyle.
Freshman Jason Kellerman won the 100-yard butterfly and also took a second-place finish in the 200 IM. Davis won the 200 IM for his second win of the day. Davis also took second in the 200-yard backstroke and Lombardi took second in the 200-yard breaststroke.
Connor Thurston placed fourth and Jackson Vinarub took fifth in the three-meter dive. Vinarub, Thurston and Jack Krug all placed in the one-meter dive.
Boston won 10 events in the meet, including all relay races.
The Bison are back in action on October 25 to host the Bucknell Invitational at the Kinney Natatorium.
