Waldemar Kattrup Named Bison of the Week after GWG at Army

LEWISBURG, Pa. – Bucknell senior midfielder Waldemar Kattrup has been named the Bison of the Week after his sensational goal lifted the men's soccer team to a key 1-0 win at Army West Point on Saturday.
The Bison and Black Knights were scoreless into the 85th minute, when Kattrup received a pass from Cade Whitmire and bent a perfect left-footed shot into the top left corner of the goal. Kattrup's first goal of the season not only gave the Bison all three points on the road, but it vaulted them back into a tie with Boston University atop the Patriot League standings.
Bucknell is now 3-1-2 in Patriot League play heading into a key Senior Day clash at home against Colgate on Saturday at 1 p.m.
