Women’s Tennis Takes Dual from F&M, 6-1

RESULTS
LANCASTER, Pa. – The Bucknell women's tennis team defeated Franklin & Marshall by a 6-1 count on Saturday afternoon at the Brooks Tennis Center. Cameron King and Riley Jennings were two-time winners for the Bison, who used nine different players in the dual-match victory.
After Whitney King and Abigail Platt rolled 6-1 at No. 1 doubles, Jennings and Cameron King clinched the doubles point with a 6-4 win over Jenna Harrison and Lorena Saavedra on Court 3.
Jennings set the tone in singles with a 6-1, 6-0 win over Kathryn Colclough at No. 6, and not long after Mirra Manolov at No. 1 and Cameron King at No. 5 won by identical 6-3, 6-1 scorelines to clinch the win.
Natalie Devraj prevailed 6-3, 6-2 at No. 4, and after Mackenzie Sherman provided the Diplomats' lone point with a three-set win on Court 3, Carolina Marcus wrapped up the afternoon with a come-from-behind three-set verdict over Sahara Ahmad at No. 2 singles.
The Bison are back in action next weekend at the ITA Qualifiers at West Point.
