Women’s Golf Finishes Fall Season with T-6th Finish at Lehigh Invitational

RESULTS
BETHLEHEM, Pa. – Freshman Sophia Bardunias finished off her third top-10 finish of the season, and the Bucknell women's golf team moved up a spot into a tie for sixth place as the Lehigh Invitational wrapped up on Sunday at Saucon Valley Country Club.
Scoring conditions were difficult on the challenging track, and Bucknell put together rounds of 324 and 322 for a 36-hole total of 646. Monmouth and Cal State Northridge also finished with 646 to tie for sixth. Navy entered the final round with a 17-shot lead and expanded that margin by 22. The Mids compiled a 614 total, with runner-up UAlbany well back at 636.
Bardunias followed up her opening-round 75 with a 79 on Sunday, and her 154 total put her in a fie for fourth-place alongside Lehigh's Reese Hannon. Fairfield's Katelynn Waclawski shot 74-76 to earn medalist honors by two shots over Navy's Megan Kirkpatrick.
Nicole Yun shot 79-78 and finished T-11th, one stroke outside the top 10. Also for the Bison, Lila Smith shot 88-80, Tara Thomas posted 83-85, and Katrina von Behren carded 87-89.
