Men's Track & Field Finishes Day Two of the Bison Outdoor Classic

LEWISBURG, Pa.- Day two of the Bison Outdoor Classic has come and gone with several highlights for the Bison athletes.Â
The 1500-meter run witnessed a history making run for the Bison. Samuel Whittaker raced for a time of 3:45.48 to clinch seventh place in the event and fifth in the Bucknell record books.Â
Franco Perinotti captured sixth place in the pole vault invite with a clearance of 15-7.Â
Domenic Campagna notched a fourth place ranking in the 10,000-meter run. His time of 31:05.89 was less than a second away from grabbing gold.Â
Braden Stryker finished seventh in the Discus with a heave of 157-0 feet. The measurement landed him just outside the all-time Bison top 10.Â
Miguel Negrete finished 11th overall in the decathlon with 5012 points.Â
