Rowing Heads to Lake Quinsigamond for Four-Team Competition Saturday Morning

LEWISBURG, Pa. – The Bucknell rowing team heads up to Lake Quinsigamond, the site of next month's Patriot League Championships, for a four-team competition on Saturday morning. The Bison will race against host Holy Cross, Rhode Island, and Sacred Heart.

Racing gets underway at 8:30 a.m. (LIVE RESULTS) from the Donahue Rowing Center in Shrewsbury, Mass. The teams' three championship boats – the Varsity Eight, Second Varsity Eight, and Varsity Four – will all race twice on Saturday, and the Third Varsity Eight and Second Varsity Four will also be in action to start the second session at 10:40 a.m.

Bucknell is coming off a solid showing at the Saint Joseph's Invitational in New Jersey last week. After this week's competition in Massachusetts, the Bison will have two home events prior to the Patriot League Championships. Lehigh will join Bucknell on the Susquehanna River on Apr. 22, and then Villanova and Delaware will visit on Apr. 29.
