Donner's Debriefing
"It was a solid showing for our men," said head coach Kevin Donner. "Some of the guys who struggled at the Paul Short Run two weeks ago ran much better today, but some guys who rescued us at Paul Short struggled a bit today. We will be a good team once we can get the consistency. Didden ran a good race, and it was great to see Lynam and Santos back in our top three."
Recap
Henry Didden, as usual, led the way for the Bison runners by finishing 38th (24.42.1) against a difficult crowd of Eastern runners. Didden has continued his successful sophomore season and is ready for the upcoming Patriot League Championships.
Bobby Lynam placed 72nd (25:07.9), finishing as Bucknell's second-highest scorer. The junior runner continues his late-season push into top-five contention.Â
Junior Ben Santos broke into the top 100 by placing 98th (25:23.8). He ran nearly two minutes faster than his time at the Paul Short Run on Sept. 30.Â
Grayson Crockett narrowly missed the top 100 by earning 107th place (25:29.3). The junior racer was merely four seconds away from the standard.Â
Mason Siebenhaar completed the Bucknell scoring by finishing 119th (25:35.3).Â
Trent Didant earned 121st (25:35.6) and Harry Marson grabbed 122nd (25:36.4) to narrowly miss out on scoring points for the team.Â
In the Open Men's Race, Max Dicerbo finished 11th (25:49.1) to lead the Bison cause.Â
