Format: Flighted tournament (number of singles and doubles flights based on number of entrants)
Schedule:
Friday (1 p.m. start): 1 round of singles, 1 round of doubles
Saturday (9 a.m. start): 1 round of singles, 2 rounds of doubles
Sunday (9 a.m. start): 1 round of singles

Bucknell Men at a Glance
- The Bison men's squad will be making its debut under brand new head coach Jason Cohen, who just took over the helm this week.
- Seven players return from last year's squad, including All-Patriot League honoree Harrison Gold. In his first year at Bucknell after transferring from UNC Wilmington, Gold played No. 1 singles and doubles last spring. He went 5-0 in doubles and 5-1 in singles against Patriot League competition.
- Junior Tim Zelikovsky led the team with a 22-7 overall singles record. He went 16-4 in dual matches, including a 15-match winning streak that carries over into this season.
- This year's team has four seniors: Per Astrom, Ink Chen, Nick Mueller, and Michael Owen.
- Bucknell welcomes five freshmen who comprise a highly acclaimed recruiting class. The group was ranked 27th among all Division I programs and sixth among Mid-Major programs by tennisrecruiting.net.
- Tammy Cecchini's women's team graduated No. 1 player Daniela Bellini, who was a First Team All-Patriot League and Academic All-Patriot League honoree last season.
- The Bison do return six players from last season but have no seniors on the team. Tyne Miller, Kate Novak, and Madi Sebulski are the team leaders from the junior class.
- Promising first-year players Mirra Manolov and Abby Platt will make their collegiate debuts this weekend.
- The Bison finished 12-10 overall and 3-3 in the Patriot League last spring.
- Whitney King turned in a sensational freshman year in 2021-22, finishing 18-3 in singles and 22-5 in doubles. King and Bellini were 14-4 together at No. 1 doubles.
- Anna Lajos also had a strong first year, finishing 17-7 in singles and 13-10 in doubles.
- This is the first of three fall tournaments for the women's team. The Bison head to the West Point Invitational Sept. 23-25 and the Loyola Invitational Sept. 30-Oct. 2. Bucknell will also play three dual October dual matches in Michigan to close out the fall.
- The Bison men will be right back in action next weekend at the Villanova Invitational. Bucknell will also feature in tournaments at Binghamton and Richmond, and the Bison will be looking to qualify for berths in the ITA Regionals in Charlottesville, Va., starting on Oct. 19. Â
