Rylee Donaldson Named to United Soccer Coaches Players to Watch List

LEWISBURG, Pa. – Senior Rylee Donaldson was mentioned in some elite company on Tuesday when she was named as one of the forwards on the United Soccer Coaches Division I Players to Watch list.
A total of 41 women's players were named to the watch list, including seven returning All-Americans.
Donaldson, the 2021 Patriot League Offensive Player of the Year and the 2022 Preseason Offensive Player of the Year, is coming off a terrific junior season in which she posted a league-high 10 goals. Seven of those tallies came against league opponents, and four of her goals were game-winners, including an overtime strike at Lehigh that clinched a top-four seed in the Patriot League Tournament.
Donaldson, who also scored against 12th-ranked West Virginia at Emmitt Field last season, was later named to the United Soccer Coaches All-North Region Second Team and to the Academic All-Patriot League Team.
Bucknell is two days away from its 2022 season opener. The Bison host Saint Francis (Pa.) on Thursday at 5 p.m. The game will be streamed live on ESPN+.
