Find out some of the secrets to success for senior track & field star Kaitlin Salisbury, one of the best ever to don the Orange & Blue. Kaitlin won another Patriot League gold medal in the 60-meter dash at this year's indoor championships, her third title in four years in that event. She will graduate as the school record holder in the 60 and 100-meter dashes and the long jump.
Doug wraps up the podcast with a chat with head strength & conditioning coach Jerry Shreck, who has worked closely with Bison student-athletes for the last 20 years.
