Men's Soccer Places 14 on Patriot League Academic Honor Roll

CENTER VALLEY, Pa. – The Bucknell University men's soccer team placed 14 student-athletes on the Patriot League Academic Honor Roll, the league office announced on Tuesday afternoon. The program has had at least 12 players selected each year since 2016, and also included nine players who qualified for the Bucknell Dean's List with a 3.50 average.

Patriot League Scholar-Athlete of the Year Matt Thorsheim earned a spot on the list, as well as Academic All-League picks Patrick O'Hara and King. Additionally, O'Hara became the first Bucknell men's soccer player to earn CoSIDA Academic All-District honors since 2015, and was the only Patriot League member selected. Both of Bucknell's All-Patriot League picks, Thorsheim (First Team) and Quinn Bredin (Second Team), earned the honor.

In order to qualify for the Honor Roll, a student-athlete must achieve at least a 3.20 grade-point average during the semester in which his/her sport conducts its championship.
