LEWISBURG, Pa. – Bucknell field hockey pulled out two impressive wins over the weekend, defeating No. 25 Boston University and Sacred Heart. A pair of Bison were honored on Monday for their efforts in the wins, as Olivia Harris was named Patriot League Goalkeeper of the Week, and Maddie Rehak took home Patriot League Rookie of the Week.
Rehak scored two of the three Bison goals over the weekend, each of which were pivotal to the team's wins. The freshman forward's first goal was the only one scored in the 1-0 shutout of Boston University, who previously held a 17-game winning streak over Patriot League opponents at New Balance Field.

Rehak sent a rising shot over the Terrier's goalkeeper and into the cage after a pair of nice passes sprung the freshman loose down the left sideline. The win was the Bison's first over a ranked opponent since the 2016 season.
The Forest Hill, Md. product notched another goal in Bucknell's 2-1 defeat of Sacred Heart Sunday. Following a scoreless first quarter, Rehak carried the ball up field herself, then fired off a shot that squeezed past Sacred Heart's Hailey Power to give Bucknell a lead in the 27th minute. Rehak now sits tied for first on the team with three goals this season.
Harris was spectacular in goal for the Bison over the weekend. The senior allowed just one goal on 16 shots faced while tallying seven saves in the two victories, giving her a .834 save percentage.
Harris' shutout of Boston University was her second of the season, and fifth of her career. The Chappaqua N.Y. native made five saves against the Terriers, who currently average 2.43 goals per game.
