Women's Tennis Set for Four Matches During Trip to Orlando

About the Bison
• Bucknell takes its unbeaten record south for its spring break trip to Orlando, Florida. The Bison will play matches against Seton Hall, Howard, Northern Illinois, and Western Carolina.
• The Bison are 8-0, which is the program's best start since 2004.
• Freshman Daniela Bellini is the reigning Patriot League Player of the Week. She defeated Mackenzie Deeter, a returning Second Team All-Patriot League player, at No. 1 singles in a Bucknell win over Colgate. Bellini improved to 6-2.
• Sofia Ayuso is unbeaten at 8-0 this spring while playing seven matches on court five and one on court four.
• Bucknell has used the same singles lineup in every match. Cayla Koch and Paige Leavy each have 7-1 records. Mishi Papich is 5-3, and Jill Auteri is 4-3.
• The Bison are an incredible 38-10 in singles matches during the spring. They are 18-5 in doubles matches, including a 6-1 record by Auteri and Papich.
Scouting the Opponents
• Seton Hall is 6-4 after wins over Georgetown (4-3 score) and Navy (5-2). The Pirates went 7-11 last season.
• Howard is 1-6 with four straight losses to Fairleigh Dickinson (7-0), Navy (7-0), VCU (7-0), and Temple (7-0). Nicole Hutchison and Yassmine Khiri were All-MEAC selections last season.
• Northern Illinois is 3-8 following a 4-3 win over IUPUI. The Huskies went 5-17 last season.
• Western Carolina is 6-6 after a 6-0 win over Savannah State. Jacy Smith is 7-3 while playing on court two.
