Volleyball to Begin Second Half of League Schedule with Matches at Lafayette & Lehigh

About the Bison
• The Bison are seventh in Patriot League standings after suffering a pair of losses at Navy and Colgate last weekend.
• Senior Mimi Richards had one of the better weekends for the Bison, totaling 14 kills and a .361 hitting percentage across the two matches. Her .282 percentage for the season is among the top-10 in the league. Richards also averages just over a block per set, which is sixth-best in the league.
• Senior libero Brooke Stark is leading the Bison with 284 digs this season. Her 4.19 digs per set rank fourth in the league, and her 1,240 career digs are third all-time in program history.
• Kelsey O'Loughlin is averaging the third-most assists per set in the Patriot League this season with 9.78. O'Loughlin has won five Rookie of the Week awards and leads the Bison in service aces.
• Sophie Bullard is leading the Bison in kills this season with 215. Bullard has double-digit kills in 12 matches, including a season-high 19 in a win over Holy Cross.
Scouting Lafayette
• Lafayette enters the weekend eighth in Patriot League standings. The Leopards picked up their first win in league play against Holy Cross on Oct. 11.
• Lafayette's Grace Tulevech and Leanna Deegan each rank among the top kills per set leaders in the Patriot League. Tulevech leads the Leopards with 285 on the season. The sophomore has posted double-digit kills in eight consecutive matches, including 10 against the Bison three weeks ago.
• Lafayette has two of the league's top-10 block leaders in Kelly Austin and Madi Wahrmund. The two combined for 10 blocks last time they faced the Bison.
• Lafayette is 7-5 when hosting matches this season, and was competitive in its two home Patriot League losses, including 3-2 losses to Colgate and Lehigh and a 3-1 loss to American.
• Lafayette head coach Ryan Adams previously served as an assistant coach at Bucknell from 2014-16, as well as last season.
Series History with Lafayette
• Bucknell defeated the Leopards 3-1 back on Sept. 29 at Davis Gym. The Bison also lead the all-time series 45-24.
• Three of the four sets in the September match were decided by four points or less. The Bison were led by Bullard's 15 kills and a 22-dig performance by Stark. Two Bison also recorded five blocks in that match.
Scouting Lehigh
• Lehigh sits fifth in the Patriot League standings with a .500 record. The Mountain Hawks suffered four consecutive sweeps by PL opponents before pulling out a pair of 3-0 wins themselves against Loyola and Holy Cross.
• The Mountain Hawks rank in the top-3 in both hitting percentage and blocks. Senior Lauren Bright is second in the league with her .367 percentage and fourth with 1.07 blocks per set. Right behind Bright in blocks is fellow senior Emily Poole. Poole had nine total blocks last time she faced the Bison.
• Junior Sabrina Lancaster posted 19 kills in the match against Bucknell, which were the second most she's recorded in a match this season.
• Lehigh also allows the fewest blocks to opponents among Patriot League teams.
Series History with Lehigh
• Bucknell suffered a 3-1 defeat to Lehigh back on Sept. 28 at Davis Gym in the Bison's Patriot League opener. The Bison led in both digs and service aces in that match.
• The Bison had three players reach double-digit kills in the September match, including a team-high 12 from freshman Lisa Zoch.
