Men's Cross Country Places League-High 20 on Patriot League Academic Honor Roll

LEWISBURG, Pa. – The Bucknell men's cross country team placed a league-high 20 student-athletes on the Patriot League Academic Honor Roll, which was released by the conference office on Tuesday.

Two Bucknell runners posted a perfect 4.0 GPA during the fall semester. Senior Brian Babyak did it as a double major in political science and environmental studies, while Chad Sussman did it as a cell biology/biochemistry major.

Sussman was a Second Team All-Patriot League runner this season and earned a spot on the Academic All-Patriot League Team.

To be eligible for the Honor Roll, a student-athlete must earn a 3.20 grade-point average in the fall semester and participate in one of the Patriot League's seven fall championship sports.
