No. 15 Water Polo Drops Game to George Washington

WASHINGTON, D.C. – The Bucknell men's water polo team fell 20-9 to George Washington in its opening match of a three-game road trip on Saturday.
Three goals from Rade Joksimovic led the Bison and helped the junior attacker reach the 400-point mark for his career, but ultimately the Bison fell short to the Colonials for just the second time in their last six meetings. Also chipping in multiple goals were Cooper Dolan and Marko Djordjevic.
The Colonials raced out to a 6-3 lead after one quarter, and never looked back, outscoring the Bison 14-6 over the remainder of the contest.
Goalkeeper Jack Otto made nine saves in the cage for the Bison, who return to action at 7 p.m. at Navy.
