Bucknell (2-0) Will Play at 18th-ranked mid-major Drexel on Thursday

LEWISBURG, Pa. – Bucknell jumped eight spots to eighth in the CollegeInsider.com Women's Mid-Major Top 25 Poll thanks to a 75-58 win over then-No. 1 Quinnipiac on Sunday. The Bobcats dropped to seventh in the poll, which was released on Tuesday.

Bucknell is one of two Patriot League teams in the poll as American jumped five spots to 19^th following a 68-52 win over Tulsa.

The Bison improved to 2-0 with their win over Quinnipiac, which was receiving votes in the USA Today Coaches Poll. The Bobcats won three NCAA Tournament games over the past two years and entered with a 20-game regular season winning streak.

Drake, which was ranked fifth in the first poll of the season, received 18 first-place votes and took over the top spot in the rankings. The Bulldogs are 2-0, including an 83-77 win over Nebraska.

Bucknell returns to action Thursday with a game at Drexel at 7 p.m. The Dragons are ranked 18^th in the Mid Major Top 25.
