Gulizio, Cervon Earn Patriot League Weekly Awards

Gulizio is the Runner of the Week, and Cervon is the Rookie of the Week
LEWISBURG, Pa. – Bucknell men's cross country swept the league's weekly awards Tuesday as junior Scott Gulizio was selected as the Patriot League Runner of the Week and Matt Cervon was named the Rookie of the Week.
Gulizio was the runner-up in the 6k race at the Bison Tuneup, finishing with a time of 19:29. The field of seven also included runners from Lehigh.
Cervon took fourth in the 8k race, crossing the line in 27:19. He competed against nine other runners.
Bucknell won two Patriot League Runner of the Week awards and three Rookie of the Week honors this season.
The Bison will host the Patriot League Championships on Saturday, starting with the women's race at 11 a.m. The men's race is scheduled for noon.
