Bison Men's & Women's Basketball Teams to Appear on ASN in 2017

LEWISBURG, Pa. – The American Sports Network will carry three Patriot League men's basketball games and one women's basketball game during the 2017 league schedule, and Bucknell's men's and women's teams are included in the package.
The Bucknell men will appear on ASN on Jan. 21, when they host Boston University at 2 p.m. The Bison women's game at Holy Cross, which is scheduled for a noon tip-off, will air on ASN on Feb. 4.
American Sports Network is a sports programming division of Sinclair Networks Group, LLC, a division of Sinclair Broadcast Group, Inc. ASN produces broadcasts of sporting events, including multiple NCAA Division I, NCAA Division II football, ARCA Racing Series, local high school sports under the “Thursday Night Lights” and “Friday Night Rivals” brands, Major League Soccer's Real Salt Lake City and DC United franchises, and the college football Arizona Bowl. The company, which launched in 2014, produced more than 375 events last year and is now a dedicated 24/7 broadcast network in 22 markets.
Station clearances for games televised by ASN will be announced closer to the game date. All ASN telecasts will also be streamed online on the Patriot League Network.
