Men's Tennis Falls 4-0 to Southern Miss

ORLANDO, Fla. – The Bucknell men's tennis team closed its five-match spring trip to Florida with a 4-0 loss to Southern Miss on Wednesday. The Bison dropped to 7-8 after going 2-3 over the past four days.
Southern Miss improved to 13-7. The Golden Eagles have won four straight matches, three of which have come by shutout.
Freshman Max McDonald was up one set and had a 2-1 lead in the second set against Teeradon Tortrakul at No. 6 singles. The match went unfinished after the Golden Eagles clinched the victory.
Bucknell will play its 16th straight match away from its home courts when it travels to Mount St. Mary's for a 3 p.m. contest on Wednesday, March 23.
