Women's Golf Begins Play at Bulldog Invitational

MOUNT PLEASANT, S.C. -- The Bucknell women's golf team opened play at The Citadel's Bulldog Invitational with a round of 335 on Monday at Patriots Point Links. Lindsay Dodovich shot a team-best 80 for the Bison, who are in 10th place.
Dodovich is tied for 25th place in a field of 57 players. Jen Lee followed with an 82. Emily Larson shot 86, Katie Childers 87, and Eunbbie Kim 89.
Lamar took the first-round lead with a 7-over-par 295 team total. Wofford and Appalachian State are tied for second at 307.
Wenny Chang of Lamar posted a 3-under 69 to grab the individual lead by three shots over Wofford's Maegan Higgins and Western Illinois' Allie Leingang.
The 36-hole tournament finishes up on Tuesday morning.
