LEWISBURG, Pa. – Last week on National Signing Day, the Bucknell football program inked 14 incoming student-athletes to National Letters of Intent. On Friday, Bison head coach Joe Susan announced two additions to that list. High school teammates Sam Chitty and Blake Fletcher will also join the Bucknell program in the fall, bringing the Bison's current class to 16 members.
Chitty and Fletcher were teammates at West Linn High School in West Linn, Oregon.
The Bison will lose 14 seniors to graduation, including six regular starters. Bucknell's 12 victories over the last two seasons rank it third in the Patriot League over that span.
