Women's Golf Tees Off at East Carolina Monday

LEWISBURG, Pa. -- The Bucknell women's golf team is back in action against yet another tough field starting on Monday at East Carolina's Lady Pirate Invitational. The 54-hole event runs Monday and Tuesday at Brook Valley Country Club. Live scoring will be available at GolfStat.com.
The Bison will be the lone Northern entry in a talented field that also includes host East Carolina along with Old Dominion, Elon, Charleston Southern, High Point, Winthrop, Longwood, Marshall, Gardner-Webb, Georgia Southern, Richmond, Appalachian State, William & Mary, Radford, Western Kentucky and Cincinnati.
Bucknell will have all four classes represented, with a lineup featuring senior Jen Lee, junior Emily Larson, sophomore Lindsay Dodovich and freshmen Graysen Bright and Katie Childers.
Dodovich leads the squad with a 77.8 scoring average this fall, while Childers is right behind at 79.7. Bright is in the travel squad for the first time after debuting at the Bucknell Invitational last weekend.
The Bison, who will be paired with former Big South rivals Charleston Southern and High Point on Monday, will get going at 8:30 a.m.
