Men's Track and Field Places 32 on PL Academic Honor Roll

LEWISBURG, Pa. – Thirty-two members of the Bucknell men's track and field team earned a spot on the Patriot League Academic Honor Roll, as announced by the league on Friday. The group was led by sophomore Luke Giugliano and freshman Kyle Adams, who posted perfect 4.0 GPAs during the spring semester.
In order to be eligible for the Patriot League Academic Honor Roll, a student-athlete must achieve at least a 3.20 GPA during his/her sport's championship semester. Matt Deysher and Sean Dougherty each made the team for the fourth time of their career. Of the 32 Bison to earn the award, 23 made Bucknell's Dean's List with at least a 3.50 GPA.
Senior Christian Lupica was voted to the Academic All-Patriot League team following both the indoor and outdoor seasons. He was joined on the team by John Westwood following the indoor season.
Bucknell finished second at the Patriot League Indoor Championships this season and then added a third-place showing at the Outdoor Championships. Andrew Garcia-Garrison earned Track Athlete of the Meet honors after winning four events at the indoor meet.
