Women's Golf Underway at Middleburg Bank Intercollegiate

WILLIAMSBURG, Va. -- The Bucknell women's golf squad played 36 holes Monday as the Middleburg Bank Intercollegiate got underway at the Plantation Course at the Kingsmill Resort. The Bison had a tough day, posting rounds of 335 and 343, to stand in 16th place.
Jen Lee is the low Bucknell player at 164 (80-84). Emily Larson turned in the team's best round of the day with an opening-round 78, but she followed with a 92 in the afternoon.
Also for the Bison, Nicole Mischler shot 89-83, Lindsay Dodovich shot 89-84, and Callie Nelson had rounds of 88-94.
Delaware ran out to a six-shot lead after posting scores of 302-306. Host William & Mary is in second place, followed by Eastern Michigan, Radford and Rutgers.
Alessandra Liu of host William & Mary is 1-under (72-71) through 36 holes. She has a four-stroke lead over Delaware's Amanda Terzian (75-72).
The third and final round begins Tuesday morning with a 9 a.m. shotgun start.
