Klotz Earns PL Rookie of the Week Honors for the Second Straight Week

LEWISBURG, Pa. – Freshman Jacquie Klotz has been named the Lids Team Sports Patriot League Women's Basketball Rookie of the Week for the second straight week following a win over Navy and a loss to Army in the team's past two games.

Klotz averaged 10.5 points and 6.5 rebounds in the team's two games last week. She led the team in both points (17) and rebounds (8) for the second straight game as the Bison opened the week with a 51-50 victory over the Mids. She added four points and five boards in the loss to Army.

Klotz is averaging 6.3 points and 4.6 rebounds in her first season with the Bison. She has scored in double digits on four occasions and has posted double-digit rebounds twice.

Just four games remain on the regular season schedule. The Bison will play a pair of road games this week as they travel to play Loyola (Md.) on Wednesday and Boston University on Saturday.
