The Bison, who play two of their last three regular-season contests on the familiar court, have been hot at home all season, and their victory over the Greyhounds lifts them to 9-2 while playing in Lewisburg. The triumph also boosted their overall record to 14-11 and their conference mark to 9-6, while the visitors sunk to 5-21 and 2-13 with the defeat.
