Kelsey Mucelli Named Third-Team All-American by Synapse Sports

LEWISBURG, Pa. -- Senior field hockey player Kelsey Mucelli has added yet another honor to her resume as she was tabbed a Third Team All-American by Synapse Sports.
Mucelli wrapped up an outstanding career at Bucknell by leading the Bison to a perfect 6-0 record in the Patriot League and the top seed and hosting rights for the conference tournament. The Bison finished 13-6 overall – the program's best record since 1977 – and made the conference championship game.
A three-time All-Patriot League honoree, Mucelli proved to be one of the best all-around players in program history, contributing both offensively and defensively from her spot in the midfield. She led the team this season and tied for the conference lead with seven assists, giving her 20 for her career, which ranks sixth on the program's all-time list.
In addition to the most recent honor, Mucelli was also selected to the NFHCA Senior Game and was voted to the Academic All-Patriot League Team and to the All-Mideast Region Team.
