About the Mountaineers

Last Time Out
• Audrey Dotson recorded her 13th career double-double with 25 points and 15 rebounds as Bucknell improved to 4-0 at Sojka Pavilion with a 73-66 win over visiting Yale.
• The Bison out-scored the Bulldogs 46-24 in the paint.
• Bucknell led by as much as 12 in the first half before Yale battled back and took a three-point lead (34-31) into the break. The Bison came out with an 11-2 run to open the second half and didn't trail the rest of the way.
• For the game, Bucknell shot 19-for-23 from the line, including a 16-of-17 mark in the second half. Dotson and junior Tyler Craig were both a perfect 4-for-4, while junior Claire Maree O'Bryan made all three of her attempts on her way to 12 points.
• The win snapped Bucknell's four-game losing streak against Yale. Prior to Friday, the Bison's last win over the Bulldogs came in 2008, a 73-70 victory on the road.

• The Bison are listed as a team receiving votes in the College Insider Mid-Major Poll. They have been ranked as high as 25th this season. In the latest RPI rankings (12/20), Bucknell comes in at 68th out of 349 teams.

• In his third season with the Bison, head coach Aaron Rousell is now fourth on the program's all-time wins list with 36. He passed Rebecca Carr (1976-80) with the season-opening win at Bowling Green. He is also just three wins shy of 200 for his career. See page 9 for complete list of Bucknell coaches

• Bucknell continues to take advantage of its opportunities from the foul line. The Bison rank first in the conference and eighth in the country, shooting 129-166 (.777). The program record for single-season free throw percentage is .771, set in 2002-03.
• The Bison took the most foul shots (665) in the conference last season and took advantage of those opportunities with the best free-throw percentage in the league (.735). They scored 24 percent of their points (489 of 2005) from the line.

Protecting the Basket
• Audrey Dotson had four blocks in the win over UMBC, moving her into sixth on the program's career blocks list. She added one against Yale to give her 101, just two shy of Susie Hopper (1986-90) for fifth. She owns the program's sixth- and seventh-best single-season marks with 44 blocks as a junior and 42 as a sophomore. Senior Micki Impellizeri gives the Bison depth with her defense in the paint. She is tied for the team lead with 11 blocks and registered a career-high five in the season-opening win at Bowling Green.
• The Bison rank first in the conference in blocked shots per game (4.2). The team's interior defense is a big reason why it ranks an outstanding fourth in the nation in opponents' field goal percentage (32%).

• The Bison have seven players averaging at least five points per game this season. Claire Maree O'Bryan leads the way at 11.8 ppg, while Audrey Dotson is right behind her at 11.7 ppg. Six different players have led the team in scoring through the first nine games.

• Audrey Dotson is 19 points away from becoming Bucknell's 21st member of the 1,000-point club. She currently sits at 981 points, averaging 10.3 per game during her four-year career.

Stacking the Schedule
• The Bison's schedule is highlighted by seven teams that played in postseason tournaments beyond their respective conference tournaments last season.
• The schedule featured a challenging road trip to open the season, as the Bison played Bowling Green on Nov. 14, and went to Ann Arbor to play Michigan on Nov. 16. The Falcons, who advanced to the WNIT quarterfinals a year ago, finished 30-5 and won the MAC regular season title with a 17-1 record. The Wolverines were also in the WNIT after a 20-win season and a .500 mark in the Big Ten.
• Other non-conference opponents for the Bison this season that appeared in last year's WNIT include Delaware and Mount St. Mary's. On the conference schedule, the Bison will play home/away series against defending Patriot League champion and NCAA Tournament qualifier Army, and against WNIT qualifiers American and Navy.
National Exposure
• During the conference portion of Bucknell's schedule is a unique TV doubleheader against Army on Feb. 15. CBS Sports Network will broadcast the women's game at Bucknell at 2 p.m., followed by the men's game at Army at 4 p.m.
• The Patriot League Championship game, scheduled for March 14 at 6 p.m., will also air on CBS Sports Network.
