With a Victory Over Michigan, Bucknell Would ...
• Start the season 2-0 for the first time since 2008-09. The Bison opened that season 3-0 with wins over George Mason, Yale and Fordham.
• Open the season 2-0 for the first time in head coach Aaron Roussell's three seasons at Bucknell.
• Record the program's first win over Michigan. The teams have played each other just once, a Wolverines' win in 1992.
• Register the program's first win over a current member of the Big Ten. The Bison are 0-16 all-time against the conference.
• Improve to 17-14 against non-conference opponents in the regular season under Aaron Roussell.

Bucknell vs. Michigan
• This is just the second meeting in the all-time series between Bucknell and Michigan.
• The Wolverines hold a 1-0 lead in the series, winning the only matchup 83-77 during the 1992-93 season.
The Bison vs. the Big Ten
• Bucknell last faced a Big Ten opponent last season when it fell 92-49 at No. 14 Penn State.
• The Bison are 0-16 against current members of the Big Ten, with nine of those losses coming to the Nittany Lions.
• They have played seven different teams from the Big Ten. Their last game against a team from the conference other than Penn State came during the 2006-07 season, a 68-51 loss to Michigan State.

Last Time Out
• Bucknell recorded one of its biggest win in recent years, knocking off perennial Mid-American Conference front runner Bowling Green 53-52 at the Stroh Center.
• Freshman Carly Richardson, making her collegiate debut, scored the final five points for the Bison on a 3-pointer and a short jumper. She finished with 10 points.
• Claire Maree O'Bryan scored a team-high 16 points, Audrey Dotson led the team with seven rebounds, and Micki Impellizeri played outstanding defense, registering a career-high five blocks, including two in the final four seconds of the first half.
• After taking a 53-47 lead following the five straight points by Richardson, Bucknell went scoreless over the final four minutes of the game. Bowling Green took the last shot with just seconds remaining on the clock.
• Tyler Craig helped the Bison take a 32-28 lead at the break. She scored six of her eight points during the first half.

About the Wolverines
• Michigan trailed by 11 points in its season opener, but rallied in the second half for a 76-57 win over visiting Detroit.
• All five starters and six players overall scored in double figures for the Wolverines against Detroit. Shannon Smith led the way with 17 points.
• The Wolverines have won at least 20 games in three consecutive seasons.
• Michigan received an invitation to the WNIT last season, where it opened with home wins over Stony Brook and Duquesne, before falling at Bowling Green.
Up Next for the Bison
• Bucknell will continue its stretch of four straight road games to open the season when it travels to Hackensack, N.J. to play Fairleigh Dickinson on Saturday, Nov. 22. The game, which is scheduled for 2 p.m., is the fourth meeting in the series between the teams. The Bison have won all three previous games, including an 80-64 victory in the most recent meeting (2004-05).
