Bucknell Men's Soccer Places League-High 16 Student-Athletes on Patriot League Academic Honor Roll

LEWISBURG, Pa. -- The Bucknell men's soccer program placed 16 student-athletes on the Patriot League Academic Honor Roll, the league office announced Friday. The 16 honorees led the league, and that number represents nearly two-thirds of the team's 25-man roster.
Among the Bison honorees are senior Brendan Burgdorf, who earned his second NSCAA Scholar All-America citation this fall, and junior Joe Meyer, a national Capital One Academic All-American. Burgdorf and Meyer were both named to the Patriot League All-Academic Team this season.
To be eligible for the Academic Honor Roll, student-athletes must have achieved a 3.2 grade-point average in the fall semester.
Other seniors on the list include Vinny Cinotti, Jermaine Jarrett and Josh Plump.
