Bucknell Women's Swimming and Diving has League-Best 22 Selections to Patriot League Honor Roll

LEWISBURG, Pa. – The Bucknell women's swimming and diving team placed 22 selections out of the 107 student-athletes to earn Academic Honor Roll recognition. The Bison led the league with four members having earned a 4.0 GPA or better.
Bucknell led all Patriot League schools with 22 student-athletes on the Academic Honor Roll, while Lafayette finished close behind with 19. Holy Cross added 18 student-athletes for Honor Roll selection, while Lehigh tallied 13.
Senior Jennifer Kokoska (Mathematics), sophomore Alex Panzarino (Neuroscience), junior Elizabeth Porcellio (Neuroscience) and senior Christine Shepard (Civil Engineering) all earned 4.0 GPAs to help the Bison lead the league. Porcellio also earned an All-Patriot league selection in 2012 along with being named to the Academic All-Patriot League Team.
To be eligible for the Academic Honor Roll, a student-athlete must earn a 3.20 grade-point average in the spring semester and participate in one of the Patriot League's winter or spring championship sports.
